Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“Caisse”) announces that it has acquired on the TSX Venture Exchange, ownership and control over 207,400 common shares of Storm Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE : SRX) (“Storm Resources”), representing 0.79% of Storm Resources’ outstanding common shares, at a price of $ 4.00 per share.

Prior to this transaction, Caisse held 2,615,000 common shares of Storm Resources, representing 9.91% of such shares outstanding. 

Following this transaction, Caisse now holds 2,822,400 common shares of Storm Resources, representing 10.70% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Storm Resources, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
