The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (the “Caisse”) announces that it has acquired, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 659,200 common shares of Iteration Energy Ltd. (“Iteration Energy”) (or 0.4% of such shares outstanding) at an average price of $3.05 per share.

Following this transaction, the number of common shares of Iteration Energy held by the Caisse is 20,861,552 or 12.56% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Iteration Energy, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
