Leadership
As Managing Director, Transformation Strategy, Investments, Jamila Ladjimi collaborates with all Fixed Income teams to support the evolution of investment practices and the design of the broader sector’s target organization. She also participates in the optimization and synergy of transversal practices.
Ms. Ladjimi has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, both in Canada and internationally. Since joining CDPQ in 1997, she has held various positions in the real estate subsidiaries, developing a solid expertise in financing and in investing, as well as in creating and managing partnerships. She has worked at Otéra Capital since 2012, where she held the positions of Vice-President, Risk and Executive Vice-President, Chief Strategy and Risk.
Jamila sits on the Board of Directors of MCAP, one of Canada’s largest independent mortgage finance companies, as well as the Real Estate Finance Committee.
She holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal.
