As a long-term investor, we want our portfolio companies to adopt best practices. This is why we engage in dialogue with them to explain our expectations on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.
In addition, we analyze each proposal submitted at shareholder meetings and exercise our proxy voting rights.

Voting disclosure
In the spirit of transparency, we disclose how we vote at each shareholder meeting. Pursuant to the Archives Act, the information will remain available for seven years.
Below you will find CDPQ’s votes at all shareholder meetings in Canada as well as international meetings actively managed internally. Note that votes in other international shareholder meetings are published on the Institutional Shareholders Services (ISS) website.
