CDPQ is governed by one law, as well as several regulations and policies, which have established a framework, enabling it to carry out its investor role in a rigorous, efficient and transparent manner.

In 1965, the National Assembly of Québec adopted a law to create Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. This law sets out:

Report Persuant to the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act

Pursuant to section 11 of the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the Act), CDPQ is publishing a joint report for Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and its subsidiary Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc. for the financial year that ended on December 31, 2023.


Measures on accessibility and integration for persons with disabilities

We have adopted an action plan to facilitate the integration of disabled employees into our teams and to improve accessibility to our working environments, in accordance with the Act to secure handicapped persons in the exercise of their rights with a view to achieving social, school and workplace integration (R.S.Q., chapter E-20.1).
