ARDEKO welcomes its second tenant

Ivanhoé Cambridge announces today the arrival of a second tenant, Carrefour Property, to its new ARDEKO building, located in the Rives de Seine district of Boulogne-Billancourt in suburban Paris. This new lease is for 4,360 m² (46,930 ft²) of floor space.

The building’s occupancy rate now stands at 50%.

BNPP RE advised Carrefour Property and Catella advised the lessor in this transaction.
