Ivanhoé Cambridge sells Tour Pacific to Tishman Speyer

Tour Pacific is located in Valmy, within the La Défense district of Paris, and offers 53,000 m² (570,000 ft²) of office space.

The tower’s main tenant is Société Générale.

The transaction was financed by Helaba and PBB.
