Patrick O’Malley

Patrick O’Malley is Managing Director and Partner, Special Situations, Real Estate. In this capacity, he drives value across the sector by leveraging deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management and financial structuring. Based in New York City, he collaborates with all of the organization’s Real Estate portfolio teams.

Before joining CDPQ, Mr. O’Malley served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tandem Infrastructure, an industrial real estate platform focused on integrating clean technology solutions to unlock new revenue streams and meaningfully reduce carbon emissions. Previously, he served as the New York REIT Chief Investment Officer, where he led the firm’s expansion and guided its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. O’Malley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan University. He also completed the Executive Education program in ESG and corporate governance at the Berkeley School of Law, affiliated with the University of California.
