Chirdeep Bagga

Chirdeep Bagga, Managing Director, Infrastructure, is responsible for CDPQ’s infrastructure activities in India. In his role, he oversees a team of investment professionals, manages a diversified investment portfolio that includes renewable energy, transmission lines, toll roads and leads new investment activities.

Mr. Bagga has over 18 years of infrastructure experience in investing and corporate finance. Before joining CDPQ in 2024, he worked at ADIA from 2022 to 2024, where he was responsible for leading investments and asset management across the Asian transport, energy and digital infrastructure sectors, with a primary focus on India. He worked as a Senior Director at CDPQ from 2018 to 2022, and prior to that spent time working at JP Morgan and IDFC in India, and Macquarie in Singapore.

Mr. Bagga holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and completed his undergraduate degree in business studies from Delhi University.
