Isabelle Martin

As Managing Director, Funds, Real Estate, within CDPQ’s Investment Funds and External Management team, Isabelle Martin plays a key role in optimizing business relationships with the Real Estate team’s strategic partners and liaises with all internal stakeholders to drive the best investment decision-making for the organization.

Ms. Martin joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2011 as Senior Director, Transactions. She then served as Senior Director, Real Estate Investment Funds. Prior to joining the organization, she held various positions at Ernst & Young in Montréal, Paris and New York.

Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a member of the Quebec CPA Order. She received the 2022 Excellence and Leadership Award from CREW M. She is vice‑chair of the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Fondation Santé Urbaine, and previously chaired the Board of Directors of the Fondation Baluchon Alzheimer.
