Ivanhoé Cambridge sells Tour Pacific to Tishman Speyer

Tour Pacific is located in Valmy, within the La Défense district of Paris, and offers 53,000 m2 (570,000 ft2) of office space.

The tower’s main tenant is Société Générale.

The transaction was financed by Helaba and PBB.

Counsel was provided to Tishman Speyer by Allez et Associés, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Finae Advisors. Ivanhoé Cambridge was counselled by Wargny Katz and Allen & Overy. Helaba and PBB were counselled by Rochelois Besins et Associés and by Godet Gaillard Sole Maraux.

Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the sale as part of a co-exclusive mandate with Catella France.
