The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec sells common shares of ProspEx Resources Ltd.

The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (the “Caisse”) announces that it has sold, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 6,794,500 common shares of ProspEx Resources Ltd. [TSX: PSX] (“ProspEx” or the “Company”), or 11.84% of such common shares outstanding at a price of $1.23 per share.

Before this transaction, the Caisse held 6,794,500 common shares or 11.84% of such common shares outstanding. Pursuant to this transaction, the Caisse will no longer hold common shares of the Company.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or decrease its investment in the Company, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
