Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“Caisse”) announces that it has sold, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 504,599 common shares of Pason Systems Inc. (TSX : PSI) (“Pason”), or 0.62% of such shares outstanding at a price of 13.80$ per share.

Before this transaction, Caisse held 8,170,100 common shares of Pason, representing 10.01% of such common shares outstanding.

Through this transaction, Caisse now holds 7,665,501 common shares of Pason or, 9.39% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Pason, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
