The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (the “Caisse”) announces that it has sold, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 6,053,652 common shares of Iteration Energy Ltd. [TSX: ITX] (“Iteration Energy”) (or 2.87% of such shares outstanding) at an average price of $1.67 per common share.

Before the sale of the common shares, the Caisse held 25,911,552 common shares of Iteration Energy or 12.28% of all such shares outstanding. Following this transaction, the number of common shares of Iteration Energy held by the Caisse is 19,857,900 or 9.41% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Iteration Energy, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
