The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec acquires shares of Prospex Resources Ltd.

The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“Caisse”) announces that it has acquired, through the Toronto Stock Exchange, the ownership of 750,000 common shares of Prospex Resources Ltd. (“Prospex”) representing 1.32% of all the common shares issued by Prospex, at a price of $3.40 per share.

Through this transaction, the Caisse now holds 6,372,400 common shares of Prospex representing 11.21% of all the common shares issued by Prospex.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Prospex depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
