Before this transaction, the Caisse held 7,511,105 common shares of Open Text, or 14.97% of such shares outstanding.

Through this transaction, the Caisse now holds 7,622,105 common shares of Open Text, or 15.19% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Open Text depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
