The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec acquires common shares of Pason Systems Inc.

The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (the “Caisse”) announces that it has acquired, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 207,600 common shares of Pason Systems Inc. (“Pason”) (or 0,25% of such shares outstanding) at a price of $14.50 per share.

Following this transaction, the number of common shares of Pason held by the Caisse is 8,408,300 or 10,25% of such shares outstanding on a partially diluted basis.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or decrease its investments in Pason, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
