Disclosures and insider positions
In Canada, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec submits a report or a press release to the applicable regulatory authorities when it holds an insider position, i.e., when it has acquired 10% or more of an issuer’s voting securities.
Our reports may be viewed in the Access public filings section of the Web site of the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).
Our press releases may be viewed in the News section of this site or on the Web site of the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR).
In the United States, the Securities Exchange Act requires the filing of a report to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the following two cases:
- The holding of section 13(f) securities
- The holding of 5% or more of an issuer’s shares
Our reports are accessible to the public in this section of the Web site of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
