Rana Karadsheh-Haddad was appointed Vice-President, Infrastructure, Asia Pacific, in March 2024. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for all the organization’s infrastructure activities in the region. She manages a team of around 20 specialists based in Sydney, New Delhi and Singapore, that manages a diversified portfolio of ports, toll roads, electricity generation and transmission networks and social infrastructure and public transportation assets.

Ms. Karadsheh-Haddad has over 25 years of experience in investment and international finance, including many years in management positions. Before joining CDPQ, she worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, where she was Regional Director for Europe, with responsibility for the organization’s activities spanning the Western Balkans to the South Caucasus. Previously, she was the IFC’s Industry Director for the Asia Pacific region, where she managed a team of 120 investment specialists located in 16 offices.

Ms. Karadsheh-Haddad holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and French from University of Michigan, as well as a Master’s of International Economics and MBA from George Washington University.
