CDPQ statement on equal access to employment
CDPQ constantly seeks to hire new talent to remain competitive in the institutional fund management market. At the same time, it strives to secure the loyalty of the men and women at the core of its success.
Within this context, measures have been taken to promote equal access to employment and diversity at CDPQ.
CDPQ believes that talent knows no distinctions related to race, colour, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, marital status, age, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin, social condition or disability. It believes that diversity enriches us all and that developing an inclusive, non-discriminatory culture is part of its corporate responsibility.
The equal access employment program adopted by CDPQ is based on the provisions of the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies. The purpose of this program is to ensure better representation of five groups within its workforce: women, disabled persons, aboriginal peoples, members of visible minorities and ethnic minorities.
CDPQ therefore wants to offer equal employment opportunities to everyone. It has also made a commitment to continue to integrate diversity and make it a source of enrichment and pride for all its employees.
