Olga Farman was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Québec in February 2025. A lawyer specialized in corporate law, she previously served as Managing Partner, Québec Office at Norton Rose Fulbright, an international law firm that she joined in 2013, where she sat on the firm’s pan-Canadian Executive Committee.

Ms. Farman sits on the Board of Directors of the Beneva Group and its insurance subsidiaries, and chairs the Board of the Fondation du Musée de la civilisation. She was also Chair of the Board of the Québec Port Authority. In addition to her expertise in legal and legislative affairs, she also specializes in ethics, intellectual property and corporate governance.

Ms. Farman holds an LL.B and an MBA in Business Administration from Université Laval. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec, which awarded her the Advocatus Emeritus distinction in 2021.

She has also received other prestigious recognition, including Best Lawyers in Canada in the field of health care law from 2016 to 2022 and the 2012 Women of Distinction Award from the Québec YMCA. From 2018 to 2022, she was recommended in life sciences and health care in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. In 2019, she was named one of WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100. She is actively involved in the community and has served as Co‑chair of the Centraide (United Way) campaign for Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches since 2021.
